 | Annette Kerber Assistant Treasurer/Tax Collector
Annette Kerber was appointed Assistant Treasurer/Tax Collector in 2004. She manages the day-to-day operations of the Treasurer/Tax Collector's Office and its nearly $2 billion in property tax collections, a AAA rated Investment Pool of over $4.5 billion. Annette serves on the County's Debt Advisory Committee and the Deferred Compensation Committee.
Annette Kerber has worked in County government finance since 1987 and has served in a management role since 1989.
She is a graduate of California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Additionally, she is a Certified Government Financial Manager by the Association of Government Accountants; a graduate of the Executive Management Program, University of California Riverside; completed UC Berkeley's Treasury Management Program and SACRS Public Pension Investment Management Program; completed the University of Pennsylvania's (Wharton School of Business) Portfolio Concepts and Management Program, Hedge Funds - Real Estate and other Alternative Investments Program, International Investment and Emerging Markets Program, and the Advanced Investments Management Program.
Annette is a Board Member for First Steps Childcare and a member of the Redlands Sunrise Rotary. She has served as a Budget Book Reviewer for the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers, and is frequently a panel speaker for the California Association of County Treasurer-Tax Collectors. |
