 | Annette Kerber Assistant Treasurer-Tax Collector / Public Administrator
Annette Kerber was appointed Assistant Treasurer-Tax Collector/Public Administrator in 2004. She manages the day-to-day operations of the Treasurer-Tax Collector/Public Administrator’s Office and it's near 200 employees. Annette is responsible for management of nearly $2 billion in property tax collections, a AAA rated Investment Pool of over $4.7 billion, and nearly $4.5 million in estates under administration by the Public Administrator. Annette serves on the County’s Debt Advisory Committee and the Deferred Compensation Committee.
Annette Kerber has worked in County government finance since 1987 and has served in a management role since 1989.
She is a graduate of California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. She is also a graduate of the Executive Management Program, University of California Riverside; has completed the Berkeley Treasury Management Program and the University of Pennsylvania's International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans Portfolio Concepts and Management Program; and is a Certified Government Financial Manager by the Association of Government Accountants.
Annette is a Board Member for First Steps Childcare and has served as a Budget Book Reviewer for the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers. |
