 | Annette Kerber Assistant Treasurer-Tax Collector / Public Administrator Annette Kerber was appointed Assistant Treasurer-Tax Collector/Public Administrator in 2004. She manages the day-to-day operations of the Treasurer-Tax Collector/Public Administrator's Office and its nearly $2 billion in property tax collections, a AAA rated Investment Pool of over $4.5 billion, and nearly $5.5 million in estates under administration by the Public Administrator. Annette serves on the County's Debt Advisory Committee and the Deferred Compensation Committee.
Annette Kerber has worked in County government finance since 1987 and has served in a management role since 1989.
She is a graduate of California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Additionally, she is a Certified Government Financial Manager by the Association of Government Accountants; a graduate of the Executive Management Program, University of California Riverside; completed UC Berkeley's Treasury Management Program and SACRS Public Pension Investment Management Program; completed the University of Pennsylvania's (Wharton School of Business) Portfolio Concepts and Management Program, Hedge Funds - Real Estate and other Alternative Investments Program, International Investment and Emerging Markets Program, and the Advanced Investments Management Program.
Annette is a Board Member for First Steps Childcare and a member of the Redlands Sunrise Rotary. She has served as a Budget Book Reviewer for the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers, and is frequently a panel speaker for the California Association of County Treasurer-Tax Collectors. |
