 | Jed Zercher Department Information Services Manager Jed Zercher was appointed the Department Information Systems Manager for the Treasurer-Tax Collector/Public Administrator in September 2005. He is responsible for information systems and network development and support for the Treasurer-Tax Collector/Public Administrator’s Office. He previously worked for the Information Services Department (ISD) for the County of San Bernardino where he was responsible for managing high-level projects between ISD and the County’s Fiscal and Law & Justice groups.
Mr. Zercher also worked as a Systems Analyst and Consultant with Deloitte Consulting for three years on large implementation engagements for healthcare and financial services clients. After leaving the firm, he worked with two software companies as an Account Executive and Pre-Sales Engineer.
Mr. Zercher graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (MIS). |
