You and I have never faced something like this before. As a CPA and Charter Financial Analyst, I’m used to solving people’s problems in the world of taxes and finance. But the problem we’re grappling with now is one of public health and staying safe in a world with a deadly enemy too small to be seen but powerful enough to have an enormous impact on our lives.
I’m doing everything I can to help, while following the law as I must. I can’t move the property tax payment deadline, but I can waive penalties wherever possible. I can’t open my building to the public to accept tax payments, but I can make every other form of payment available and have staff available to answer your questions over the phone or via email quickly and helpfully.
Together, we will face this challenge and succeed because we are San Bernardino Strong!

There is no charge to use an electronic check.
